Sahabify provides digital design and consulting services including but not limited to UX/UI design, brand identity, product strategy, and design systems. The specific scope of work will be defined in individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sahabify and is protected by international copyright laws. Upon full payment, clients receive agreed-upon usage rights as specified in their project contract.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems and materials required for project completion. Delays caused by client-side dependencies may affect project timelines.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals and contracts. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins, with milestone-based payments throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sahabify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Changes to Terms
Sahabify reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
